Tom has been a Madison resident for 30 years and has worked in Dane and the surrounding counties since then. He brings a unique perspective to the Thomsen Team. After 17 years as a certified residential real estate appraiser in Wisconsin, he has transitioned to being a Madison real estate agent. Because of his appraisal and economics background, he has a special expertise in market analysis and property valuation.
