Hey there, I’m Julissa Serrato-Mercado!

Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I’ve always loved being part of a community where people and relationships come first. As the Marketing Administrative Coordinator for the Thomsen Team, I get to combine my passion for creativity, organization, and storytelling to help showcase our listings, support our agents, and create an exceptional experience for our clients.

I enjoy bringing ideas to life through marketing, photography, social media, and behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps everything running smoothly. Whether I’m designing marketing materials, creating engaging content, coordinating events, or managing day-to-day administrative tasks, I love knowing that my work helps our team serve buyers and sellers at the highest level. I’m always looking for new ways to grow, learn, and stay current with marketing trends while pursuing my Associate’s Degree in Marketing at Milwaukee Area Technical College.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring Milwaukee’s local coffee shops and small businesses, spending time with family and friends, or capturing life’s special moments through photography. I enjoy discovering new creative outlets and believe there’s always an opportunity to tell a meaningful story through great marketing and genuine connections.
